How does the integration work?
- If integrating with Greenhouse Recruit: Seamlessly pass candidates you’ve selected to hire from Greenhouse to Paycom, designating the correct New Hire template based on employee type. You will also have the ability to identify if someone is a re-hire and pass codelist changes in Paycom and employee updates back to Greenhouse.
- If integrating with Greenhouse Onboarding: New employees who have completed the onboarding process in Greenhouse will be passed into Paycom for payroll processing.
