What does the integration look like?

The integration looks for candidates who have been moved to “Initiate Background Screening” to extract and post to TruView.
TruView will send the Background Check link to the candidate.
TruView will reply back to Joynd on the Background Check status.
Joynd will update the ATS Status if the link was successfully sent or failed to send.
When the candidate has completed the Background Check, TruView will submit the report URL to Joynd to post to your ATS Background Check Report field on the candidate profile.

What to expect with the process:
