How does the integration work?

The integration automatically passes new hires from iCIMS into PrismHR without having to re-key data to ensure employee records are accurate. Many clients choose a bi-directional integration, which syncs organizational level data so that you do not have to worry about code list discrepancies across both systems.

Employee changes or terminations in PrismHR also sync with iCIMS so you only have to manage those changes in one place.
