What does the integration look like?

  • The integration is initiated by the recruiter going to the Assessments tab, under CredentialCheck, the recruiter selects the “Select Package” button and a popup appears allowing the recruiter to select a package.
  • CredentialCheck will send the background check link to the applicant.
  • The status is updated in JazzHR to In Progress.
  • CredentialCheck will reply back to Joynd on the background check status.
  • Joynd will update the JazzHR Status if the link was successfully sent or failed to send.
  • Once the background check has been completed, CredentialCheck will submit the report URL to Joynd to post the results to the candidate profile.
