What does the integration look like?

  • The integration looks for applicants who have been moved to “Initiate Assessment Screening” to extract and post to Criteria.

  • Criteria will send the Assessment link to the applicant.

  • Criteria will reply back to Joynd on the Assessment status.

  • Joynd will update the UKG Status if the link was successfully sent or failed to send.

  • When the applicant has completed the Assessment, Criteria will submit the URL to Joynd to post to UKG Assessment Report.
